Little Technical Solutions LLC is veteran-owned, and we like taking care of the people who take care of everyone else. Active duty military, veterans, teachers, first responders, doctors, TSA agents, police, firefighters, and Virginia FFL holders get 15% off one-time services and 5% off monthly plans. No fine print games — the exact numbers are all listed below.

Introductory pricing: these discounted rates are calculated from our current introductory rates. If those rates change, we’ll post the new ones first, any quote we’ve already given you is honored, and the American Heroes Discount carries over — it is permanent, not part of a promotion.

Who qualifies

We will never ask you to email us your SSN.
A DD-214 carries your Social Security number, date of birth and home of record. An LES carries your SSN and your pay and banking details. We're a cybersecurity company — we are not going to ask you to send either one as an ordinary email attachment, and you should be wary of any business that does.

So here's how we actually verify, whichever you prefer:
• In person — show us the credential at your appointment. Nothing is copied, scanned or kept.
• Redacted copy — send a copy with the SSN, date of birth and any financial figures blacked out. We only need to see your name and your status.
• License number — for doctors and other licensed professionals, give us the license number and we'll verify it directly with the issuing body.

Federal ID cards (military ID/CAC, veteran ID card, TSA credential) are verified in person only — consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 701, we can't accept a photo, scan, or copy of these.

Anything you do send us is deleted within 7 days of your eligibility being confirmed. We keep only the fact that you qualified and the date — so you verify once, and get the discount on every job after that, without us sitting on your paperwork. See our Privacy Policy.

Parts and hardware (PC build components, mesh Wi-Fi units, etc.) are always billed at cost, with no markup and no discount, regardless of eligibility.
Domain registration and business email setup prices reflect only our labor — registrar fees and Google/Microsoft subscription costs are billed to you directly by those providers, not through us.
