Plans and pricing

Choose the scale and controls your operation needs.

Essentials, Operations, Control, and Enterprise use the same LTS Inventory interface. Plans change available capabilities and workspace scale—not the application your team learns.

Self-service trial at signup: choose Essentials, Operations, or Control for a seven-day no-card trial. Available now means the workflows shipped today in that category, not every future workflow in the category. This guide does not select or activate a plan.

1 Registered-device numbers are plan limits for durable device records. A normal browser session or phone-camera scan without a durable registered-device record does not count. Plan-aware registered hardware-scanner execution is not claimed as complete.

2 Recall capability is intentionally limited to opening a recall case and placing affected, authorized stock on hold. It does not claim a recall directory/detail view, hold release, notification, genealogy, scope expansion, or a complete recall lifecycle.

Safeguards do not become upgrades.

Plan choice changes capabilities and scale. It never creates a separate interface or weakens the rules protecting a workspace.

  • Authentication and active membership
  • Tenant isolation and permissions
  • Authorized-location scope
  • Exact arithmetic and immutable history
  • Idempotency and concurrency protection
  • Billing-inactive authorized reads
  • Field- and object-authorized exports
  • Accessibility and deep-link authorization

Your authorized records and history remain.

An inactive subscription or lower plan does not silently erase retained records. Operational access locks where required; authorized record retrieval remains available, together with approved export, while unsafe new operations stay blocked.

Records

Retained and readable when otherwise authorized.

History

Immutable and attributable.

Limits

Reduction is deliberate, never arbitrary deletion.

Return

Re-upgrade restores included capability without rebuilding records.
