1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how LTS processes personal information when people visit the public LTS Inventory pages, create or use an Inventory workspace, receive an invitation, contact support, manage billing, or interact with service and security communications.
For Customer Data entered into a workspace, the Customer generally decides why and how the data is used, and LTS processes it to provide the service. The final controller/processor allocation and any required data-processing agreement must be approved by qualified counsel for the Customer and jurisdiction involved.
2. Information processed
Depending on use, LTS may process:
- Identity and account data: name, verified email, identity-provider identifiers, authentication events, role, workspace membership, and recovery information.
- Business and workspace data: organization name, locale, timezone, locations, members, permissions, and configuration.
- Inventory and operational data: products, SKUs, quantities, lots, serial numbers, suppliers, purchase orders, receipts, movements, counts, orders, returns, shipment references, and audit history.
- Device and technical data: device enrollment, browser or application metadata, security-related network information, timestamps, request identifiers, diagnostics, and security events.
- Support data: messages, attachments, troubleshooting information, approved support access, and support audit records.
- Subscription and transaction data: plan, trial dates, subscription status, Stripe identifiers, invoices, and payment outcome.
- Public-site preference and measurement data: only where enabled and described in the applicable notice.
Stripe—not LTS Inventory—collects complete payment-card details on its hosted pages.
3. Sources
Information may come from the user, the Customer and its Workspace Owners, invited members, devices used with the service, configured integrations, identity and payment providers, support communications, security monitoring, and operation of Inventory workflows.
4. Purposes
LTS uses information to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts and workspaces;
- isolate Customer workspaces and enforce roles and permissions;
- perform requested inventory, receiving, movement, count, traceability, reporting, and scanning workflows;
- provide invitations, verification, recovery, security, billing, incident, and service messages;
- administer trials, subscriptions, invoices, cancellation, export, and closure;
- provide support, including time-limited Customer-approved access where used;
- monitor reliability, prevent abuse and fraud, investigate incidents, and maintain audit trails;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes; and
- improve usability, reliability, accessibility, and security using appropriately limited data.
The final policy must identify applicable jurisdiction-specific legal bases. Consent should not be claimed as the basis for processing actually necessary to perform the service or meet legal obligations.
5. How information is disclosed
LTS may disclose information to the Customer and authorized workspace users according to role and scope; to contracted providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, email, monitoring, security, storage, or support; when directed by the Customer or user through integrations and exports; to professional advisers and transaction counterparties under appropriate confidentiality; when reasonably necessary for law, rights, safety, abuse investigation, or agreement enforcement; and in a lawful business transaction subject to notice and protection.
LTS does not sell Customer Data. Any final statement about sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising must be validated against the actual production configuration and reviewed under applicable state law before publication.
6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The Inventory service uses storage and similar technologies needed for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, and product operation. The public marketing site may use cookie-free hosting analytics and consent-controlled advertising measurement as described in its notice. The final policy must list the actual tools, purposes, retention, consent behavior, and opt-out controls in production. No analytics or advertising claim should be published until the deployed configuration has been verified.
7. Security
LTS uses safeguards designed for the nature of the service, including encrypted connections, protected session and application secrets, role-based access, tenant isolation, audit trails, bounded support access, and monitoring. Access is limited to people and providers with an appropriate business need. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Users should protect sign-in methods and promptly report suspected compromise to inventory@lit-solutions.tech. Any incident-notification commitment must match applicable law and the approved response process.
8. Retention, export, closure, and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain auditability, administer billing, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Workspace Owners can prepare a portable export and schedule account closure through account controls. Operational data is deleted or de-identified through the documented process, except for minimum records retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, backups, disputes, or law.
The production policy must publish retention categories and periods matching the implemented database, object storage, logs, backups, billing, email, and support systems. Final periods remain an owner and legal-review item.
9. Choices and rights
Subject to Customer authority, identity verification, and applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Workspace Owners can manage many business records and members directly. Requests may be sent to inventory@lit-solutions.tech. LTS may route a request to the Customer when the Customer controls the relevant workspace data.
LTS will verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing protected information. Applicable law may provide appeal, authorized-agent, opt-out, or complaint rights. Qualified counsel must determine which notices and response deadlines apply before launch.
10. International processing
The service and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. If a transfer requires a legal mechanism, LTS and the Customer must use an approved mechanism before that transfer. The final policy must identify actual hosting regions and transfer safeguards.
11. Children
LTS Inventory is a business service and is not directed to children. Users must be legally able to use the service for the Customer. The final age threshold and deletion process for inadvertently collected children’s information require counsel approval based on the intended market.
12. Automated decisions
LTS Inventory does not make legally significant decisions about people solely through automated processing based on the currently reviewed product behavior. This statement must be re-verified before publication and whenever decision-making features change.
13. Policy changes and acknowledgment
LTS will identify the current version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or verified account contact. The product should require users to acknowledge the current Privacy Policy and accept the current Terms before operational use, while preserving appropriate legal, billing, support, sign-out, and authorized data-retrieval routes.
The Privacy Policy is a notice of processing practices; final consent wording must not imply that privacy rights depend on optional processing. Recommended wording: “I agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.”
14. Contact
Questions or requests may be sent to inventory@lit-solutions.tech. The final policy should include the legally required business mailing address, privacy-contact identity, and regulator or representative details, if applicable, after qualified legal review.
See the Terms of Service.
