LTS Inventory answers

Frequently asked questions.

Everything needed to start, manage access, and understand the platform’s operational boundaries.

Clear before you create an account.

What is LTS Inventory?

LTS Inventory is one connected platform for products, locations, stock, lots, serials, purchasing, receiving, fulfillment, counts, returns, and traceable movement history.

How long is the trial?

Signup lets you choose Essentials, Operations, or Control. The trial lasts seven days and no card is required. Enterprise is arranged with LTS.

Is a card required?

No. No card is required to start the trial.

What does it cost after the trial?

The published plan guide lists Essentials at $49 monthly or $490 annually; Operations at $149 monthly or $1,490 annually; Control at $399 monthly or $3,990 annually; and Enterprise starting at $1,250 monthly or $15,000 annually. This website does not charge those amounts. You choose a plan at signup, and the charge is shown again in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Add a payment method from Account and billing.

Does account creation require a call or demo?

No. Create a business account and open the Inventory dashboard yourself.

What happens when the trial or subscription ends?

Operational access locks when the trial or subscription is inactive. Restoring billing resumes operational access according to current entitlement rules.

Can I still retrieve my records if the subscription is inactive?

Yes. An inactive subscription does not erase the authorized record-retrieval path.

Built around the records behind physical inventory.

Does it support lots and serial numbers?

Yes. LTS Inventory provides bounded lot and serial-unit browsing, exact lookup, current authorized stock positions, and recorded physical history. Control can open a recall case and place affected authorized stock on hold.

Does it support purchase orders and receiving?

Yes. Create purchase orders, receive against issued lines, and record the resulting inventory movement.

Can it work with barcode scanners and phones?

Supported workflows accept phone-camera and keyboard-style scanner input. Plan-aware registered hardware-scanner execution is deferred and is not claimed as complete.

What happens if warehouse connectivity drops?

The interface can keep an interrupted action visibly pending, but plan-aware offline replay is deferred and is not currently claimed as available.

Is LTS Inventory an accounting system or full ERP?

No. It is an inventory platform, not an accounting system or a full ERP.

Control stays with the authorized customer.

Billing, record access, and support are designed as visible account workflows rather than password-sharing workarounds.

How do I cancel?

The workspace owner manages cancellation through the account billing flow.

How does support access work?

If investigation requires product access, an authorized user can approve a time-limited support session. It is attributable in history and can be revoked.

Where can I view service status?

View current service information on the public System Status page.
