Website Care Plan
Ongoing hosting coordination, small content edits, platform checks, and general website maintenance — so your site stays online, current, and working without you having to manage it yourself.
Only available for websites built by Little Technical Solutions LLC. If your site was built by another company, we can only take it on with full source code access — either you provide it, or we're able to obtain it directly.
Ongoing small-business IT support outside of one-off project work — a technician on call for the day-to-day stuff, without a per-visit invoice every time something comes up.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Square and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel either of the two plans above anytime by telling us before your next billing date — a call, text, or email all work, and any of them counts. There is no long-term contract, no notice period, and no cancellation fee on these two. (Website Subscription plans are different — they carry a 12-month minimum term and are listed separately below.) Scope for Small Business IT Support is confirmed with you before your first billing cycle. Server and infrastructure costs behind these plans are not discounted, which is why the American Heroes Discount on subscriptions is 5% rather than 15%.

You've paid the deposit — one step left.Start your monthly plan to get your build scheduled. Nothing begins until this is done.
Read this before you subscribe. On a subscription plan we own the website build and license it to you while you are subscribed — that is the trade for the low upfront cost. These plans carry a 12-month minimum term, then continue month to month. If the subscription ends, we stop hosting the site and it goes offline, after written notice. Your domain, your content and your business data remain yours in every circumstance, and you can buy the site outright at any time with everything you have already paid coming off the price. The full terms are on our Pricing page and in Terms, section 9 — please read them rather than taking this summary as the whole story.

Before you pay, here is the refund policy in plain English — you should not have to go read the Terms to find it. Cancel before we start and your deposit is refunded in full, less any transaction fee our processor has already taken. Cancel partway through and we refund the portion covering work not yet performed, and we will show you that breakdown in writing. After delivery, if something was not done as agreed, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it at no charge or refund that portion. Our labor also carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. Full detail in our Terms, sections 4 and 6A.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — nearly every billing problem is something we can sort out the same day. Nothing in our terms limits your legal right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
