Published starting prices for common jobs, so you know roughly what you're in for before you call. Your exact quote depends on the specifics of the job, and we confirm it with you in writing before any work begins.
How payment works
- Website projects are 50/50. Half to get started, half at launch once you've seen the finished site and approved it. You're never asked to pay the whole amount before you've seen anything.
- Repairs, installs and setups are billed when the work is done — not before.
- The first diagnostic is free. We tell you what's wrong and what it costs to fix, and if you'd rather not go ahead, you owe nothing.
- Our labor is warrantied for 30 days. If the thing we fixed breaks again in that window, we come back and re-do it at no labor charge.

Both packages above are yours to keep. Once the project is paid for, the site files, source code and design belong to you — host them with us, host them anywhere else, or hand them to another developer. Nothing expires and nothing switches off.

Every optional feature from our Website Designer can be added to any tier — e-commerce, payments, CRM integration, multi-language, real-time calendar sync, and the rest. Tell us what you need and we'll fold it into your monthly price rather than charging it as a lump sum. All three tiers have a 12-month minimum term.
The catch, stated plainly
On a subscription plan, we own the website and license it to you while you're subscribed. That's the trade for the low upfront cost. If you cancel, or the subscription lapses, we stop hosting the site and it goes offline — we'll always warn you in writing first, but it does go dark. It is not rent-to-own, and it does not turn into ownership however long you pay.
What you keep no matter what: your domain, your content — text, photos, logo, anything you gave us or added yourself — and your business data, including every enquiry the site collected. Those are yours on any plan, in any circumstance, at no charge. If we registered your domain, it's in your name from day one and you get at least 30 days' written notice and transfer instructions before we stop covering the renewal.
You can buy it outright whenever you like. Tell us and we'll quote the buy-out — what the same build would have cost as a one-off project, less what you've already paid us on the plan, so none of your subscription money is wasted. Once it's paid, the site is yours under the same terms as the packages above, and you can drop to our regular $39/month care plan or host it yourself.
If you'd rather simply own your site from day one, take Starter or Business above — that's still the option we'd point most people to, and over several years it works out cheaper. The subscription exists for businesses who need to be online now and can't put several hundred dollars down today. Full detail in our Terms, section 9.

Straightforward pricing, quoted before we start
Most jobs are quoted as a flat price for the whole job. A few — open-ended troubleshooting and consulting, where nobody can honestly predict the time up front — are billed hourly, and those are marked /hr in the tables below. Either way you get the number before any work begins, and the agreed price doesn't change unless the scope does.

Prices shown are starting points for typical jobs. Parts, hardware, extensive repairs, and larger projects are quoted individually and confirmed with you before any work begins. There is no trip charge or callout fee anywhere in our on-site service area (Montross, Colonial Beach, King George and Dahlgren) — travel beyond it is quoted up front, and we'll tell you honestly if you're too far for it to make sense. We may update these published rates over time, but a price we have quoted you is the price you pay — a rate change never applies to a quote already given. No hidden fees, no surprise line items.
